All courses meet once per week for 90-minute sessions, taught live via Zoom.  Session will be recorded for students.

Classroom Culture

📚 Structured, Live Lessons via Zoom
Each class follows a focused plan designed to build understanding in AP Physics or Calculus. I guide students step-by-step using shared visuals and examples.
🎥 No Cameras — Just the Lesson
Cameras are turned off for all students. I use screen sharing to walk through problems and notes live — so you can concentrate without worrying about being on camera.
🎬 Session Recordings Available
All sessions are recorded and shared with enrolled students. You can review the material at your own pace and revisit anything you missed.
🗣️ Questions at Designated Times
To keep the lesson flowing, I pause at specific points to take questions. I don’t monitor the chat while teaching, but there’s always time set aside for interaction and clarification.
🤝 Respectful & Focused Environment
Students won’t be able to message each other during sessions. This keeps distractions low and ensures everyone gets the most out of their time.

About Me:

I’m Simon — a professional online tutor with over 20 years of experience helping students succeed in physics and mathematics.

I hold a B.S. and M.S. in Physics and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and I’ve taught in both college classrooms and labs.

I specialize in:

College-level Physics

Engineering topics like Dynamics, Statics, E&M, and Thermodynamics
All tutoring is 100% online, using screen sharing and a digital writing board. Students get a copy of all notes after every session. Most students love this style—it’s interactive, flexible, and clear.
